Dream therapy is the process of unravelling what dreams mean in relation to our waking lives.
What is it?
The process of dream interpretation is symbolic and it is uniquely tailored to the dreamer. The process is relatively simple. You record your dreams each morning when you wake up and bring the information with you to therapy. Your therapist will help you to decipher these dreams and how they relate to your waking life.
Why do it?
The aim of dream therapy isn’t to arrive at one fixed interpretation of a dream but to find meaning, usability, and emotional substance for the client through their dreams. It is important to interpret your dreams under the direction of an experienced psychotherapist or dream therapist. With this, you can go to the true depth and meaning of your psyche. Dreams are powerful. They cause us to feel strong emotions and remember seemingly forgotten experiences.
How can we help you?
We encourage you to maintain a dream journal, where you write down everything that you remember about your dreams. This will enable us to decipher what your subconscious is trying to tell you and how that relates to what's going on in your life currently.
We can also train and certify you to conduct Dream Therapy for others. In our workshop, we will talk about dream journaling, signs and symbols in dreams, how to connect the dots between the dream and reality. Each workshop is for 7 days for 2 hours and the cost is ₹10,000/-. To get updates about the next workshop, please connect with us.
